SUE VINCENT stars as Glorious Gloria in CHANNEL 5 & ACORN TV's smash hit THE MADAME BLANC MYSTERIES which she co-writes with her writing partner Sally Lindsay.
Other screen acting appearances include Margaret in THE PHARMACY for Channel 4, Dolly Fletcher in BLINDSPOT for Channel 5 and the BAFTA winning ALMA’S NOT NORMAL by Sophie Willan for BBC2.

WRITER
SOLO WRITING
As far back as she can remember words have always lit Sue up. She wrote her first play, ‘Eyes Down Looking’ in 1999. It premiered at The Market Theatre in Hitchin, Hertfordshire (a theatre which Sue was a formative part of from 1996)and then went on to a sell out run at the Hen & Chickens theatre in Islington, London.
She was then invited to join the prestigious 'Comedy Project' at The Soho Theatre where she wrote and performed new comedy for 4 years.
Over the next few years Sue wrote for many fringe projects both in London and Edinburgh.
She was a contributor to the book 'I An Distracted By Everything' by the phenomenal Liza Tarbuck.

Sue met Sally on SKY’s hit show Mount Pleasant in 2010. After a few years of acting together, they decided to start their writing partnership. Their big break came in 2019 when Sally created The Madame Blanc Mysteries. Sue has always had a passion for collecting ‘stuff’. Her knowledge of UK charity shops and episodes of ‘Flog It’ made her the perfect partner in crime writing.
The first series aired in 2021 with a further 3 series following in 2022, 2023 and 2024. In 2025, a feature length Christmas episode smashed the Christmas ratings and a fifth series was filmed in spring 2026.
SERIES 5 AIRS IN AUTUMN 2026 WITH 7 NEW SHINY EPISODES AND INCREDIBLE GUEST STARS.
Filming of the 5th series started on Sue’s Birthday - that’s why she can’t wipe the smile off her face!
The theme tune to The Madame Blanc Mysteries is written by Chris Hague who also composes all of the soundtrack for the show. It’s performed by Hague & White - Steve White (the LEGENDARY drummer) being Sally’s husband - hence ‘Madame Blanc’!
